I applied in-person. I interviewed at AMS (Kraków) in May 2021
Interview
The HR team contacted me the same day to schedule the English proficiency test. The test was simple and consisted of the following parts: listening, grammar, reading and writing (you can choose one topic out of three). As for the conversation with the nativ speaker, it was pleasant and very good, mainly the questions were about my interests, educational background and reasons for joining the company. I did not receive any feedback, even after sending an email several times.
An easy initial interview with standard questions. Couldn't see much of a point of it as I just repeated everything that was already in my CV. Didn't feel like my answers made any difference to the recruiter.
The process was okey, although the AC was too long (it took 3h). When you apply to multiple position this is way too time consuming. However, I appreciate the real-life examples during the assessment.
I had a phone screen followed by an interview with the team manager. Behavioral questions pertaining to my experience. Very straightforward process. Didn’t feel like I needed to jump through hoops. Recruiter was very transparent about the role and communicative.
