Aircall Business Development interview questions

I had a phone interview with a member of the team. Interviewer asked typical questions, nothing casual, nothing rigorous. I didn't feel great about how my tone came across during the call so I was concerned that it wouldn't progress to the next stage which it didn't. What I was disappointed by is that they never followed up to notify me of their decision not to move forward and even more so I left an email thanking him for his taking the time to talk with me and no one responded to that either.
