I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aircall (New York, NY) in Jul 2025
Interview
The team was really supportive and gave really strong feedback during the process. It was three video interviews that started with hiring manager, then team manger, then again with the team manager. Overall, really solid interview experience.
I had a phone interview with a member of the team. Interviewer asked typical questions, nothing casual, nothing rigorous.
I didn't feel great about how my tone came across during the call so I was concerned that it wouldn't progress to the next stage which it didn't.
What I was disappointed by is that they never followed up to notify me of their decision not to move forward and even more so I left an email thanking him for his taking the time to talk with me and no one responded to that either.
