I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Airtable
Interview
The interview process consisted of meeting with the recruiter for a screening - then a call with the hiring manager to see if they wanted to continue to the next stage. Following that two exercises one focused on the soft skills side and the other on the product side. Following that a call with the hiring manager for personality and coach-ability. Lastly, fit team's director for fit.
Overall the process was clear, timely, and all the team members were sharp, professional and kind. This was the best experience I had interviewing with startups ranging from series C to F.
