Boots Customer Service Assistant interview questions

Interview of about 20 mins where basic questions were asked. Mainly about an experience and tell me a time... Followed by shop floor interview where asked about shelving and how you would change the layout/ improve.

So I applied online,which took my 10-20 minutes.Received an email a week later to book an interview online.Was called in asked a couple questions about myself,they also made me talk about an brand i was passionate about and why I liked it.Was took on the shop floor the feel the environment I would be in if offered the job. 2 weeks later I was called and was accepted.
