Interview
Very relaxed interview a very informoral interview, just general chat with the manager not many difficult interview questions any questions that where asked where relevant to you and not to what the generic interview questions. A really nice and informal interview with the manager.
The only down side was the process took 4weeks+ this was due to the recruitment team sorting out more interviews and the manager is required to interview anyone who books for an interview this is why it took 4 weeks+ but I am told it normally should take 2 weeks max.
First I had to do an online assessment. Then I was called for an interview. On the day, I was asked to wait in the room and then the interviewer arrived with an assistant to make notes
