It was an assessment, I had to bring proof to the No7 counter and make them buy No7 products.
It can challenging for people who do not like interacting with people
there were two interviews, stage 1 and stage 2. stage one in person customer interaction 1 hour long had to do customers makeup and product promotion, stage two online meeting

Quite hefty for a minimum wage role, first stage interview is a showcase, spending an hour on shop floor with customers. Make sure to make yourself familiar with products before as I didn’t get one customer who wanted the products they recommend in the pre interview video!
