Interview
1hr30 was spent on the shop floor, interacting with customers demonstrating your skills in customer service and also provides the opportunity for you to show any existing knowledge on their specific products.
Fairly average, understood the process.
We had to walk around the shop floor for about hour to try and get customers, this was probably to see how we interacted with customers. However some customers would get annoyed when we did ask and probably didn’t want to be bothered.
Hybrid, questions and demonstrations.
Understanding of products and being put on shop floor with customers to sell them. Questions about tracking KPIs and how to improve on them. Questions about skincare and cosmetics process how you’d sell them together
