Interview
Took two and a half hours and although I sold ten products within the hour it wasn’t enough for there sales targets. Given no brushes to apply the makeup with and had to colour match clients using Cotten buds. Overall experience was very long and tedious to then not even get through to next round.
I had a telephone interview and then an in person meeting. I was asked about different scenarios and what I’d do in them. These were fairly straightforward questions for e.g about retail, shown pictures then questioned about them and given examples of customer encounters which I had to explain what products I’d advise

Really simple process, was emailed within a week, very responsive employer. The manager of the store who interviewed me was really lovely. Even though I didn't get the job I had a great experience.
