Very nice lady who made me relax fast. Quite normal questions about my experiences and background. Also questions how I would handle certain situations within my work and examples how I have managed similar situations in past. The very informal conversation. Very positive experience overall, and yes I have wanted to work for Boots for quite some time.

How have you handled a situation where customer is upset and/or overwhelmed?
My interview started on 1 pm by a young lady. She was friendly and tried to make me feel comfortable. The interview lasted for around 20 mind. I found it quite difficult to answer the questions asked because my work experience was not customer based.

Describe a situation when you went above and beyond for a customer?
Interviewer was off with me right from go and was very disengaged about what I was talking about. Got told she still had to interview more people so I shouldn't get any hopes up. Got an email back 5 days later saying I'd not been successful and to try again in 6 months.
