Applied online and got an email the next day inviting for interview. Interview was a week later, I was interviewed by the store manager and one of the senior dispensers. Interview lasted approximately 15 minutes and was given a tour of the pharmacy area. The questions asked were not your standard interview questions more of an informal chat. But was made to feel comfortable

Interview
Received an email about 2 weeks after applying to invite me to choose an interview slot. Went to interview, the woman was quite nice, but obvious she was very busy. Asked me competency based questions and then photocopied my passport. Interview only took half an hour. Did not get an offer in the end.

I was ushered into the break room to meet the store manager who stayed seated and didn't offer to shake hands, did not ask any competency style questions instead asked a few general questions about past employment.
Was then notified that the job was not full time as advertised and offered to put me into talent pool instead
