I applied online and had to complete and extensive questionnaire, and within a few days I received an email stating I had got an interview, which was scheduled for the following week. The interview was very informal and the interviewer was lovely. She introduced me to the team, spoke to me about the responsibilities of the job and asked me a few questions.

Filled personality questionnaire and skills assessment online. Heard back after couple of days, asking to go for interview, all within a week. 5 questions based on competency skills - teamwork, relationships, gone beyond your normal duties etc.
