Telephone interview scheduled for 10am - no call. Emailed recruitment team and told manager will contact you. No telephone call for one week!. Very poor show for an international company.

Really positive and not very formal. Normal competency questions were asked. We went over the online test. As I was speaking, the manager wrote down scores for my answers.
I felt comfortable and at ease.

They invited me in for a 1-1 interview. Had to wait for some time to be called in.
The questions were simple and some were questions from their online questionnaire. For example what if the phone was ringing at the same time as a customer entered?
