The process took three weeks and There were two rounds. One introductory telephone followed by onsite technical interview. They have given some training materials to finish before the start of the interview.

They check your knowledge on technology and they walk through your resume. There are no standard set of questions.
My recruiter never showed up to the first interview. I sent an email asking to reschedule but I never got a response. After some time I decided to send another follow-up email, and again, no response. Thanks for nothing, Cencora!

Interview
I had a phone interview where we discussed a bit about the company and the role and my qualifications. The recruiter was very nice and relaxed. There was no pressure during the interview.
I had to first introduce myself and then explain why I would be the right candidate for this job and then they introduced me to their team. In the end they showed me around in the facility
