Interview
This company needs to get it together. Two phone interviews and one on-site interview. Showed up to my on-site interview and there was no front desk, no one to greet me and the entire 4th floor looked like a bomb went off. I had to find some random employee to show me where to go. I interviewed with four people. All were dressed very unprofessionally...(think Saturday morning “I’m running errands apparel.”) A few days after my interview I received an email saying my “analytical” skills were lacking. I have 13 years of experience working as a Senior Production Manager, overseeing multiple teams domestically and overseas. This company needs to realize that a full-time Product Manager and a full-time Sales Analyst are two totally separate positions. I would not have accepted the position even if it was offered.

Interview
Pros:
• The interviewers themselves were engaged and asked thoughtful questions.
• The process gave good insight into the company’s priorities and culture.
• I appreciated the chance to speak with the hiring manager and an executive.
Cons:
• After three rounds of interviews—including time with senior leadership—I never heard back, even after following up.
• Miscommunication from hiring manager and recruiters on what next steps where and what to expect. My second interview was completely different from what was described.
• Lack of communication left me feeling undervalued as a candidate. Even a short note would have closed the loop.
• The experience raised concerns about how the company treats people outside of the hiring process.
Advice to Management:
If a candidate invests multiple hours in interviews, provide closure—whether or not you move forward. A brief, respectful update goes a long way toward protecting your employer brand and candidate experience.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cricut
Interview
The interview was easy to schedule and to the point. Fast screening call from HR and went directly to the hiring manager.
At the middle of interview we realized that wasn't a good fit for me and we agreed to stop it.

Q - Explain me about your actual role & responsibilities.

Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter and then video call with the hiring manager. All seemed to go well, but when reaching out for follow up, was completely ghosted. I expect more from this company, but no one returned my inquiries as to next steps or follow up. It's unfortunate for a company that makes such a great product to be so unresponsive.
