I talked with a representative from the company at a career fair and was later emailed asking to set up a phone interview. I was also sent an engineering skills review quiz to fill out before the phone screening. The phone screen was mostly an informal just getting to know me and me to know them type of thing. We also talked briefly about the skills review quiz and then scheduled an in-person interview.

Straightforward two-part interview, first a phone screening with mostly behavioral/resume questions followed by an on-site technical interview that lasted approximately 2 hours. Basic analog circuits up to simple transistor amplifier design and simple algorithms programming questions in Java or C.
