First interview was a video chat with two engineers just going through resume/portfolio. Was sent a design challenge afterwards which I spent a decent amount of time on and sent it back, only to receive a rejection within one business day and with no explanation. I tried contacting them for feedback but got ghosted.

Design challenge had to do with test fixture design
Very chill, conversational and mostly a regular back and forth "tell me about x" style question, where a lot were about problems I solved or projects I have done in the past / the role I played

Interview
2 rounds, 1 basic get to know you + technical questions, 1 design challenge. process took 1+ month, overall enjoyable. decent interviewing experience. Fast responses. Did not take offer though as timing did not align
