Great interview process overall. Questions were pretty technical and challenging which was great. People who knew their job and process could stand out very easily.
There was no room for vague answers
It was very quick and efficient yet fair and accurate. I had a great overall experience with the company and the interview process is a whole. I would recommend two other others who are investigating if the interview process is worth it.

You go through different round of interviews and don't always get interviewed by the team you will end up place with. There is a combination of people from Human Resources and other channel leads that will collaborate

Interview
I had a really positive experience! Had an initial call with HR and 4 video interviews with members of the account I would be working on. All interviewers seemed prepared, excited to get to know me and seemed like they really loved Horizon. Was very conversational and natural, everyone seemed very down to earth. All in all, made me very excited to join the team and eased my nerves about starting a new role virtually
