I enjoy getting to work across so many industries and clients across the country. It's also fun to be part of a growing team that's so committed to continuous improvement across the board. While I have never met most of my colleagues in-person (we're 100% remote), I feel connected because of how closely we work together to serve our clients. The firm's commitment to recruiting across a diverse set of industry experiences makes for fun team calls.

Working at #twiceasnice Recruiting is energizing. Colleagues are consistently supportive of one another as we're all working together towards the same goal. Even though we are all far apart in terms of locations, great relationships are formed as we're all in touch with each other throughout the work day. It's fun being able to work on such a wide variety of opportunities across industries. The exposure across industries keeps things new and fresh, and I feel like I'm constantly learning as a result. The company continues to grow and invests in effectively supporting the growth. It is awesome to see new colleagues come in with fresh ideas on ways to be even more efficient and/or effective than we already are. Pros: Remote work. Work/Life balance.
