Pros

above average salary and bonus structure. good opportunities for internal promotion in operations. japanese influence is very much the heart of the values.

Cons

Complex business model with many good people trying to keep it running with too many more chasing buzzwords without experienced leadership in a lot of core areas. turnover extremely high at all levels willing and unwilling.

Pros

Was a great company a few years ago. They are an old business model. Sales are dropping monthly at most units.

Cons

Current leadership is lacking basic people skills. They have no respect for Field Consultants' personal lives. Fresh food will never be a destination item when the first thing you see when you arrive at a store is a cigarette rack with a sloppy looking staffer in front of it. That will really make a person crave the food that is being touched by that same staffer.! Also, stop opening locations within blocks of eachother. You have killed the profit of franchisees by making them compete with eachother.

Pros

The company its self is ok, I believe that as an organization they want the best for there employees. They believe in promoting and providing a good level of customer service.

Cons

Management at the Corporate office (Downtown Dallas) suck. Its all about who you know, and not what you know. My previous manager at corporate did not know her job at all. I did her work for her I help shape and turn the department around, but when I disagreed with her action she did everything to discredit me so that I would be the one to look bad. She then got promoted and I left the company. The office culture and the moral of the employees is shaken at best. I think if the executives, VP's and CEO need more involved they would truly understand what's going on in their Corporate environment.
