The culture is unique and amazing because employees are highly valued. Additionally, a core principle is customer service and ensuring we do everything to make our customers happy. This is very unusual for a company focused on payments and it creates a positive work culture where we know we make a difference for our customers. The leadership embodies this and celebrates it constantly. I trust our leadership immensely and highly respect how they are leading the company through the challenge of rapid growth. The office is a nice space that enables the diversity of the many different teams and working style. It has the Austin type perks. I feel thankful every day that I work here. Nice to have work be so fun.
