Pros

Great company to work for! CEO is very hands on and truly values the employees. Employees are not just a number. You are definitely rewarded for hard work. Excellent benefits (best I have seen), and is a very stable company. Culture is a fun, collaborative team that supports one another in succeeding. Very fast paced, but offers a great work/life balance.

Cons

It does have a start up feel in that it is very fast paced.

stability,client and employee loyalty, people always come before money, working in banking it is nice to have a 9-5.

Cons

Still in start up mode after 10 years so everything moves at lightening speed. You need to able to adapt quickly.
