Pros

Most of the other employees are nice and their leggings are comfortable

Cons

The management and organization at this company is absolutely terrible. The company is owned by three brothers. The CEO brothers threw a holiday party at the office; one of the brothers poured alcohol down everyone’s throat, and then made everyone go back to work when the party was over. The official CEO and most difficult brother, yells at and embarrasses his employees all of the time, bullies the receptionist, uses the camera to spy on everyone, listens to their conversations on the office phones, and is constantly accusing everyone of never doing their work. He makes employees. who are not his assistants, clean the office and run errands for him. He would get upset and complain if he saw employees engaging in too much small talk. The environment is toxic; his employees are afraid to upset him and base their work around his “bad moods.” Deadlines are established, but hardly followed making creative projects very difficult to succeed. He also makes it impossible for your voice to be heard; if he is yelling at you, he will not allow you to defend yourself and doesn’t like to be told “no.” H.R. is also not a reliable source to confide in, as they also have problematic people skills. Diversity is also not a priority for this company.

Pros

You can enjoy the a/c during the summer and stay warm during the winter time. You can drink water and costo kcup coffee for free.

Cons

People either get fired or resign at least 3-5 times a month. Insane turnover. The owner screams and yells everyday. The owner watches security cameras 24/7 even if he’s on his vacation because the owner doesn’t trust his workers. Your work laptop is being monitored. They will come up with any reason to fire you. No HR department. But there is a person who checks attendance every morning and afternoon to report to the owner. She can come in and leave anytime she wants but if anyone else is late or leaves early she will give you a warning and you need to cover your missing hours even though nobody is getting paid hourly. You need to request a day off four months in advance. No management to ask for support or advice because nobody stays here. 85% people who work here are in their 20s. If you get covid and need to WFH the owner gets livid because he doesn’t believe in working remotely.

Pros

Co-workers are friendly and pizza Fridays.

Cons

Every negative review that has been shared is 100% accurate! The CEO is terrible, degrades his employees and doesn’t listen to them even though they’re the ones who are skilled in the jobs they were employed to do! Speaks down to all of his employees and blames them for things that are completely out of their control! Will say one thing and then do another. Yes, it’s true you only get 5 sick/pto days, which I’m not even entirely sure is legal! Your first year the days are only acrued every 3 months so you start off with 0 days. HR is just as terrible, don’t feel like you can voice your concerns at all!!! Please actually listen to these reviews it was my mistake not to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I WISH I HADN’T!!!
