Upper leadership handles things in two different ways, if you are in the Northeast, you are managed differently than any place else in the country. The VP of the Central has hired several horrible people that have since left the company and soon to leave the company. Several people have left the company due to the hostile work environment and unrealistic goals. Also, if you have the decency to give a two weeks notice, expect to be let go that day. They also give you "unlimited" vacation, knowing that you won't/can't take it and that gives them the ability to not pay you for time you have accured. So if this sounds like a job for you, maybe you should try working in sanitation removal, because you love dealing with a s**t show!
