Pros

My trainer was really good when I first started. People I worked with also amazing. Parking garage, cafeteria, doctor available, gym available. Good family feeling.

Cons

Difficult topics to learn and remember right away. Programs to help clients are not user friendly. Process to assist clients are confusing sometimes and can get very messy. Help is there, but sometimes searching for answers can take time and clients can get inpatient.

Pros

Great coworkers and energy. Lovely grounds and location.

Cons

Higher level management is ruining the office. Laying off top performers with cop excuses. Empty promises of promotions and career advancement. The job itself is awful and you get yelled at by clients frequently. The only thing that keeps people around is the benefits. Cafeteria has a fruit fly infestation.
