Pros

There are some really amazing people at this company. Benefits are good. Stock Plan available. The company does promote learning and offers resources to it's associates.

Cons

Unfortunately, due to market demands and responsibility to shareholders, over the past few years the focus of the company has changed from "Employer of Choice" and "World Class Service" to it's clients to "All About the Numbers:.// Moving away from telecommuting.

Pros

-great entry level pay for first job out of college - decent benefits from what i hear - incentives (P-club trip, prizes,) - awesome co-workers, the inside sales groups are young so it's easy to connect with people. This can also be a con because you realize most people move on to other things.

Cons

- Nature of the job. Only cold-calling, "smile and dial" you're just trying to reach as many decision makers as possible hoping someone bites. Easy to burn out. - Unethical, I was told by a VP to upgrade someone's payroll bundle for a feature they were already paying for but just weren't aware of - ADP is known as a payroll company for a reason, that's what they do best. If your role involves trying to sell other ADP products and services it's very difficult because they're not any better than other products in the market. - adp exhausts their clients, you'll call clients and try to sell them a product they were pitched yesterday from another rep. - management promotes a kool-aid type culture, you'll notice this from some of your co-workers who go into leadership. - management is friendly at first glance, If your team's numbers start slipping though watch out. - The management group is very unprofessional and rude when you decide to resign. If you're a good employee and rep they want to keep you and they'll try to work with you, once they realize your mind is made up their attitude completely changes and they take it VERY personally. They try to make you feel like an idiot for moving on to something else and once the conversation is over you clean up your desk and leave immediately while being escorted to the door. - They expect to be given a 2 week notice but don't honor it, I was told to leave after my exit interview and so were the others that quit before me. - High Turnover. All reps in my role want to quit
