Pros

Good Benefits Good amount of PTO / Sick time

Cons

Way to catty- felt like I was in HS all over again Very unprofessional - everyone knows your business Very Toxic Base salary is extremely low - the commission pay is not the best either You dont have an implementation team - therefore alot of client relationships are burnt bridges therefore it is hard to keep doing business with them Your clients harass you because you can't help them and its out of your control. This job took a mental toll on me - I would never recommend it to a friend. Very unprofessional.

Pros

Most implementation specialists jump in to work together, regular recognition for work well done, casual dress code. Merit bonuses of around 2% are awarded annually, small Christmas bonuses are not unusual, and there is often a larger achievement bonus if the specialists collectively meet their expected implementation targets at the start of the year

Cons

Overtime is difficult to avoid and mandatory through December and January. Clients can be exhausting with the number of problems that can pop up just when you thought you'd seen the last of them

Pros

Great benefits. Once you are “in” there is flexibility for hours. Paid certificates and trainings. Lots of different jobs that can be done so you can spend time moving through the different departments

Cons

Promotions. ADP actively makes the promotion requirements more and more difficult. I can only imagine it is to not give them out. But the bar is always moving. Lots of turnover as a direct result of this. People will grind for years and be told they haven’t checked every single box in order to get the promotion.
