Pros

Many opportunities presented to enable giving back to the local communities

Cons

Management are cold blooded capitalist who wear masks of granger and do more off the cuff guessing rather than diligent fact checking. Be prepared to sell your soul to get ahead.

Pros

Steady work at the lowest pay in the industry

Cons

The most uncaring company in an industry that I have worked in for over 40 years. The only work they know is "more". And I don't mean salary. This place isn't worth serious consideration unless you have no other choices.

Pros

Great group of people to work with. A professional yet fun atmosphere where most people get along. No micro-managing from supervisors.

Cons

No true "growth plan" for employees. Once you're in a position it's hard to know where you'll go next. Salaries are also lower compared to the local market, with little chance of a significant raise. It is very hard to advance if you are in a "support" department.
