Pros

The company offers great health benefits, and the majority of the employees are nice people to work with. They also support the community, which is nice.

Cons

Not competitive with pay, and the mindset of the executives and upper management is simply outdated. They seem to think that working here is a gift and that people should be happy to be overworked and underpaid. There's also a somewhat sexist environment. The CEO and every person who reports to him are all white males, and the expectation among most is that women should always be pleasant and agreeable - it's ok for men to speak up and disagree, but women get a bad reputation for it.

Pros

Crecent pay for the area and loved the free coffee. Parking was also convenient

Cons

Too much micromanagement and buearacracy. Very political as well. CEO would walk right by you and never say hello.

Pros

Decent benefits, ok starting salary Made some good friends while there.

Cons

Narrow minded management, very resilient to change. Things are done the way they have always been done and there is no way of changing their mind. Extreme micro-managing to the point where it's wearing on you, you feel suffocated. This trickles down from the CEO. If it's not done the way management says it needs to be done, then it's not going to happen. Very "old-school" ways of doing things and change is impossible. Repetitive work, no excitement and the way management works does not provide the drive or encouragement to bring your own ideas. Limited chances of growth within the company. Salary is not competitive, once you start your chances of getting salary increase is slim to none. No work/life balance.
