Pros

People is the best asset of the company. From the owner to frontline employees, there is a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise to enable us to do a great job for our customers. Internally, people are always willing to help each other out to serve our internal and external clients. The executive management team has the best interest of employees in mind while making decisions.

Cons

The lack of integration post acquisitions has hurt the company. It created confusion for clients as well as internal support teams. There is a dire need for consolidation and integration.
