Hi – thank you for your kind review! As an Associate that has been with us for over 5 years, I’m happy to hear you are such a big fan of our culture – our Associates really do make us who we are. Also, I would encourage you to take your calendar into your hands – be sure to place holds in your calendar to allow for breathing room, like a quick walk, or for some time to do some exercise or a stretch break. We have enforced ‘meeting-free’ hours throughout the week Fridays in order to allow Associates use this time to work on projects, respond to emails, and to have a break from meetings. All the best! Thank you for your review! IT is always a growing sector at AIR MILES so we are happy to hear that you experienced great opportunities with us. Being a part of our team means you get the real VIP AIR MILES experience – so I’m glad you enjoyed your Anniversary Miles and got to spend them on something (or somewhere!) nice. Leadership development is a priority and we offer several development programs and tools to support our Leaders to grow their skills to enable them to best support their teams. Last year we took steps to implement Leadership Key Performance Objectives to measure Leadership effectiveness, along with a Leadership survey to collect Associate feedback to ensure we continue to grow our Leaders and provide Associates with what they need to succeed. I encourage you to continue conversations with your Leader and use avenues available for open and honest discussions. Thank for your all your contributions to AIR MILES! All the best. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We value our Customer Care team and they are a key part of our organization as they support our Collectors. We offer a variety of training and development opportunities to new and current front-line Associates to ensure they are set up for success in their roles. If you have feedback about the current training or are interested in more or different development opportunities, please speak to your Leader about it. Also, if you have experienced any delays in email responses, I would encourage you to this feedback with your Leader or the respective teams so they can ensure to respond in a timely manner going forward. Thanks for your feedback! Dimitri Benak, VP of People and Culture
