Good place to work, except for the little things

Pros

Great facilities, pay, coworkers, and students. The important things are all taken care of and are of top notch quality. There is a lot of training and this really enhances a collaborative culture.

Cons

Always on email, entering one session takes multiple sites (sites are generally terrible), potential for commute between offices, inconsistent work hours. You will work Sundays and nights.

Salary is very competitive (40/hr) and the centers have a lot of amenities for students and tutors. Also they provide extensive training.
