      Pros

      There were no pros to this job, from my first interview the person that was supposed to be there did not show up and I should have caught sight of their ineptness from that day but I persevered and it only went downhill from there. Poor management, no training program, everything they promised on the application was false.

      Cons

      Not the place to apply for a sales position, the sales manager does not know anything about sales, makes promises that he and the company cannot fulfill, totally unprofessional in all aspects of business.

      Corporate management team is here to support me in running my branch. Highly sales driven with a real concern for customers. Love the fact they care about the employees. Proven processes that have worked well in helping our branch succeed.

      Pros

      I love having the benefits of corporate who can help us with our organization and guides us thru.

      Cons

      We need to advertise more in our area. Atlanta has so much competition in HVAC and they all advertise a lot more than we do. We can't live on HD leads alone. Wish we had better health insurance. but for the price it is worth it.
