Management needs adjustment... Help employees

There are too many mature managers willing to pass the buck and dump as much responsibility as possible off on their colleagues, or their employees, ultimately creating a culture of "I don't know who's going to fix it, but it's not me...try John Smith, he'll do it." The parking lot is cramped and very annoying on busy days. The biggest downfall that I believe is overlooked is that if one employee leaves, 99% of the time they don't replace them, they "absorb their duties" into the rest of the team, saying they'll replace them in the next season...but they never do. This causes tension and stress on the rest of team doing double the work, which only compounds when another person is let go (and this is in ALL departments both standard and managerial).

Can often feel as though we work in a silo and not much sharing or communication among US Divisions

Horrible environment. Horrible management. Lack of respect and raises for employees if you aren't best friends with the bosses.

401K matching is low to market

Essentially like the Office Space

No regard for employee safety, no accountability, poor management, high turnover rate, building needs to be rebuilt, etc etc etc

Not a lot of room for professional growth. Many management employees long tenured.

Benefits are expensive for employee!
