Cons

Management lies about no heat callsand pretty much everything, lies to customers, threatening, doesn't care about safety for employees, poorly organized and favortism

none- zip zilch nada. The only pro is when you leave

Cons

Hprrible management. Condescending, rude and degrading. No support from H R. Corporate doesnt care. Managers will talk about one employee with another, no training because theres" no time" and they have the audacity to nose through an employees personal space and HR and corporate excuse it. They should be ashamed.

Pros

We had really wonderful employees to work with, decent pay structure, branch location, and the office is a great starting point to progress to management.

Cons

There are too many mature managers willing to pass the buck and dump as much responsibility as possible off on their colleagues, or their employees, ultimately creating a culture of "I don't know who's going to fix it, but it's not me...try John Smith, he'll do it." The parking lot is cramped and very annoying on busy days. The biggest downfall that I believe is overlooked is that if one employee leaves, 99% of the time they don't replace them, they "absorb their duties" into the rest of the team, saying they'll replace them in the next season...but they never do. This causes tension and stress on the rest of team doing double the work, which only compounds when another person is let go (and this is in ALL departments both standard and managerial).

Good benifts other then that there is none Service manager was nice

Expected to outbound calls for sales No management support Service techs are aloud to abuse dispatchers No consistency No room for movement To many managers not enough employees

Pros

ARS as a company attempts to give back. You can make good money but the company owns you.

Cons

Leadership strongly “encourages” its managers and employees to write positive reviews in order to lift the ratings from all of the negative reviews. It didn’t feel natural and our VP pushed it. Moral is terrible. Upper management is willing to drive employees into the ground in order to get results. A demotivating environment.

Company truly cares about its employees and customers. Flexible schedules are new and are resulting in no more excessive hours! Management is fair and provide great feedback and support!
