Ran employees very hard, didn't support field techs well

The compensation for administration / office support employees is very low and much below market rate.

I have been working for this company for like 6 years but i always say 4 years since the pandemic was like a fever dream. Each year the company has gotten worse. There is so much i want to say but I'll keep it short, and you decide what you want to do. This company has so many shady business practices. They have the absolute worst communication skills when it comes to customers and employees. I always have to wonder if I am getting all of my money because they don't close out the leads correctly. They have constant changes that never work. They are doing a major change now that has me on here looking for my next job. They have overpriced ac estimates, and they were recently about to get shut down because of their shading practices with customers. It's so insane that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I would never recommend this job to anyone. Also, the pay has decreased a lot. And that only scratches the surface.

Plenty of tasks not discussed whatsoever in the job description or during interview. Management doesn’t actually care about the employees or customers but make it seem like they do. It’s all money driven and that comes before anything else. One of the two supervisors is one of the worst managers I’ve seen/heard of.

Constantly promising and not delivering shows massive favoritism toward long term employees from choice of work taken on to scheduling PTO this company is horrid

I do not believe in speaking ill of a company that is doomed.

This company does not care about the employees at all. The whole management team is stressed out. If you do sell a job, be prepared to get numerous phone calls about that job starting at 6am! The leads are garbage and the calls are booked by a company in India! They will send you over an hour away from your home at 7pm! If you complain about anything, you will be put on the chopping block. They will make up an excuse to fire you, or stop giving you leads. They don’t care how good you are at your job. If they don’t like you, they will fire you asap. ARS is THE WORST RATED hvac company on google and yelp. A ton a back stabbing and favoritism. My stress level was at an all time high. I stayed here longer than I should. The amount of work that you have to do is unreal compared to other HVAC companies. If you know how to sell, you will make good money here but you will be stressed out and will be on some type of anxiety or depression medicine. Every meeting is super negative. The morale is horrible. I’ve received numerous phone calls from customers complaining about there system not working within weeks of installation. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! It’s an awful place to work at!
