      Pros

      Coworkers are good to work with and the team of managers is better than other places I have worked. They have a really solid approach to pay so we have ability to earn good money. The benefits are not bad either.

      Cons

      Retirement match is not the best. Company car is hard to get because of back orders and delays. Some favortism but that is normal anywhere to a point.

      Given your own truck. Money is good. Gas is free.

      Cons

      Not enough time for family.. forced to work 6 days a week. Pay is a commission based structure where you make more money the less you discount. Issues being is in order to be at a reasonable price you have to give away all your commission.

      - Commission available - Work from home available - Multiple shift options

      Cons

      - Rude/condescending management - Micromanaging - No customer service from management - No accountability from management - Little to no training - Poor company values: they do NOT care for customers AT ALL. They prioritize their appointments based off of how much money they are projected to make not who called first, etc.

      Great money, good PTO and a potential to make a lifestyle.

      Cons

      Gotta hit the ground running with extensive amounts of tools else you won’t make much. Next to nothing is company provided. Back charged on all materials.
