Opportunity to earn commissions. Location is central. Great group of coworkers.
Cons
No raises, several changes without any compensation, building deteriorating. Systems designed for the company benefit versus the customer. Little employee appreciation.

Medical premium increases are not passed on to the employee. Internal growth opportunities. Your opinions are heard, regardless of department or tenure.

401k match is below industry average. PTO includes sick days. They are not separate accounts.

ARS Rescue Rooter of Manassas is a great company to work for. This is a corporate chain but the Manassas branch has a very local feel to it. There is so much tenure in the branch between the GM, Managers, and field techs it feels like a second home. The goals are achievable and everyone works together to accomplish them. With all the opportunities for growth would recommend 10/10 to work for.
Cons
Very fast paced and demanding. Not necessarily a con but you need to have the right mind set and goals to succeed for company like this.
