One of the BEST companies I've worked for in a long time. As a Recruiter for a National Company, our leadership team values our input and asks us, “What we can do to make our company attractive to others?” With over 14 Recruiters across the US, managing different zones, we all have our own best practices as well as areas we can improve on. Our Recruiting team has bi-weekly and weekly conference calls, as well as yearly Recruiter Meetings so we can collaborate as a team to ensure continued success. We all have a Division HR Manager we report to, so we are consistently partnering with them during the week. In addition to our DHRM, we have an HR Director who is just a call away. In this role I also work closely with 9 General Managers and 9 HR Managers in my Region. They help keep me updated on their branches staffing needs with daily reports. This is truly a partnership from all directions. My fellow division team members are hundreds of miles away, but I know I can pick up a phone, send a quick email, or text anyone of them, should I need anything. In general, lots of opportunity for growth and advancement. Many of our employees, started their career in an entry level role, and have worked their way up. Need to relocate? With over 70 locations across the US, that isn't an issue. ARS/Rescue Rooter is truly a team environment, from the HR side, to my branches scattered across 3 states. I have worked for ARS close to 10 years and I have to say "It is a great company to work for"! The people are phenominal, there is opportunity for growth/promotion, and the company is very involved in the communities it serves all over the US. ARS has its values in the right place and is continuing to experience growth. The future looks very bright here!

I have been with ARS for 9 months. Overall, I have had a positive experience. If you have the flexibility and are looking for upward movement, we have that. My management values hard work and professionalism. Giving back to the community and only providing superior service to our customers. Great opportunity to earn here. You receive a company vehicle and company gas card so miles don't have to go to personal work trucks. I am happy to have Medical benefits offered. Also I put towards my 401k and the company matches that up to a certain percent. I make good money here.

I have been employed with ARS for a little under a year and I have to say that I am very glad that I took the leap of faith and accepted a position here. The most important factor for me was an opportunity to grow because I wanted to bring my past work experience to ARS and be able to use them as a platform for me to be promoted. Well, I was able to do just that and since my initial date of hire, I have been promoted twice. I love the fact that management does their promotion and staffing in house if possible because it is important to boost the employee moral by confirming for them that if they come in to work and really put a solid effort in, they can realistically look to grow with this multimillion dollar company. I also like the fact that there are mandatory training sessions performed throughout the year in order to keep each staff member up to date with the company's expectations (ex. PROS training, safety training, etc.). The benefit package is relatively decent as well which gives us the opportunity to have sufficient healthcare. I was very impressed with the Healthiest You program because I genuinely feel like my company cares about my health and well-being. The staff here is very friendly and understanding and I have actually learned quite a bit about the world of HVAC so I am overall pleased with this company and I look forward to future growth opportunities here!
