Good benefits, steady (though some seasonal) work, good co-workers, most willing to go the extra mile to help each other out.
Cons
could improve on cross-department communications to keep everyone informed. Corporate management often puts so much administrative duties on the managers, they aren't able to properly "manage" their people. Feel too much time spent "documenting" instead of "doing". Not that documenting isn't important, but shouldn't be to the extent it hinders work getting done. Not very strong Employee Recognition Not much room for advancement unless you are willing to relocate.

Above market wages, steady year over year financial growth, leadership listens to employees and invests in what is important. National Partnership with Google Nest and Home Depot speaks to company's integrity and reputation. The most hardworking and intelligent people work here and I love surrounding myself with those people.

Too many to list. But for starters, the place is a zoo with zero direction, accountability, or professionalism. It will drag you down and spit you out. STAY FAR AWAY. Worst benefits for a company this size. Open market benefits are better...what does that say to you?

My coworkers and managers are some of the hardest working people I've ever met, and they inspire me to work hard, too. Decent pay for the work. You're never bored, and if you're a self-starter, this is a great place to be.
Cons
Stressful when customers are not happy and you can't fix things immediately for them.
