I feel that the company sets extremely un-realistic goals for themselves and their employees to follow. Don't get upset if a ton of calls are not booked as you expect. You can NOT make people schedule, nor can you make them answer the phone. I feel the company has a very unfair way of pay for new employees vs. older ones. You are expected to work multiple jobs for multiple positions as 1 person, but are only raised a few cents (and that's if you're actually doing a good Job) each year. You can't ask for a reasonable higher pay for doing wayyyy more than you were hired for. You get turned down for asking for a $1-$3 raise. Especially working for the company for more than almost 2 years and already am doing 5 different jobs within the office with no higher pay then a few cents each year.

Not enough parking and talking to rude people on the phone occasionally.

401k match isnt very good.

Little recognition, lack of communication

If you like bugging people to buy over priced hvac though Home Depot you found the right job . Threatened To fire you all time. Ad said 16 to 18 hour try 12$. When company say they are the best run. I have seen 25 people get fired our leave . That does not sound like the best.

Could provide better benefits, pay and holiday bonuses.

company doesn't care about their employees, they use scare tactics to get employees to push sales that aren't needed. They do cycled lay offs every six months so you never know if you're job is safe or not. The other employees are amazing and what make it worth sticking around because they are all pretty awesome people but upper management is terrible.
