Work load can sometimes be too much

Lack diversity. No room to grow. Since new equity partners people of 20 years+ have moved on or retired (even at the branch level). New people don't last long. Too many temps who are never hired. They just bring on more temps.

Current management is terrible. They micro-manage everyone. They are only worried about "Metric" counts and care nothing about the people who work for them.

It is a high paced work environment.

They don’t care about their people, their customers, or their processes. Everything’s a mess.

The software they use is not user friendly and can provide a lot of incorrect information so you spend a great deal of time correcting it before you can do a task.

Local branches ignore customer complaints, work load frequently increases without any increase in pay or staffing, unable to actually solve any problems (You just deflect) "someone will be calling you within 24 hours" Ps. The odds of anyone calling the customer are slim to none.

Definitely could use better parking situation
