Management would refer to people by their race, weight, or some form of nickname associated with a person’s perceived appearance or personality. The complete lack of accountability for management is unfathomable, and they are losing good people all the time.

Rude, co descendinv management bvb who complain aboug other employees behind their backs, no training, expect people to just guess and then management gets mad when its done wrong. Oh and they will nose through your personal property without just cause. And management and corporate defend it- its no problem Horrible place to work.

You are recorded on every call. The training is mediocre and you are required to work overtime with no extra pay.

Bad management all around=bad culture and people just there to collect a check.Equipment prices are so overpriced,alot of screwing people with home depot financing to get them to get the high end systems when they cant afford it.Glad i left it was a disorganized mess at the end,and endless paper.Saturdays are a normal work day so be prepared to have the biggest crap job.vacation/holiday pay sucks.overtime is half time so you get screwed

super overpriced equipment,homeowners could find a lot of better places to have there service done,its just turnover after turnover,dont fix,and if we do the prices are jacked up.new gm is clueless,turnover is all the time,i have seen so many good people leave

Plenty of them. The pay was hedious. I had been with the company for over a year and yet the company did NOT ever do a performance review in which a good performer gets a pay raise and etc. The comission check was terrible. Even on the months where I was top performer making $50k revenue for the company on a monthly basis. I say that because I have first hand had jobs where I got paid more commission even on the months where I was not top performer. The sales meetings were far beyond pathetic. No structure whatsoever. Their sales meetings were like being at a 12 Step Al-Anon meeting or Depression Bipolar Support group meeting. What's even worse is that ARS rescue rooter's mission statement or their sales pitch is... "ARS/Rescue Rooter Houston provides professional air conditioning, heating, plumbing, & insulation services. We require background checks & drug tests on all employees. Emergency service available 24/7" Here's the kicker behind this mission statement and sales pitch that you train us sales people to say to the customer. Is the fact that this company hired an employee who has at least 23-33 criminal records under his name. Which consist of multiple thefts, multiple drug/alcohol related charged, domestic violence charges and many more. In other words the company is flat out lying to the public. Making it be a hazardous workplace when the company hires a convict in their company
