-Benefits suck
-Pay is below what you're worth (Hardly competitive)
-Every tech gets a company vehicle, even if they have zero need for one (Wasteful)
-Put new hires into lots of training immediately (Wasteful; lack of risk management)
-Management doesn't follow up with you after a complaint to see if there was more to the story than they were told, they'd rather just fire you over nothing (Irresponsible)
-Technicians aren't really that experienced or don't care about working hard, just milking the clock, even when not necessary
-Company laptop and phone are more of a hassle and certainly not a necessity (Wasteful; higher risk of owing them money if either sustains damage)
-Very high turnover rate and consistently poor ratings on here
-Many people have a bad attitude and think they're better than they are
-Hardly any quality control, if any, drawings have no review process, more mistakes than should ever be acceptable from an industry "leader"
-Engineers make too many mistakes that don't get caught until it's too late
-Always running out of materials, stock room full of unnecessary crap and not what you need to do your job the right way
-Employees are typically slow and lethargic and somehow hard work and excellence still go unnoticed
-Too many people work from home and aren't available in the capacity or at the time that you need them
....I could go on
