Great weather in the Tampa location.

Cons

Where do I start? How about no vision, lack of real leadership. A very reactionary company, always behind the curve. Slow to learn and correct mistakes. No employee engagement whatsoever. Lack of training, poor communication & available resources. No real career growth opportunities. Could care less about the employee or the customer. Their main objective is to buy up all the completion to force the customer's hand. In short...completely inept. You've been warned....

Pros

Decent benefits, a good amount of PTO (not great), cool office, great downtown location, and great coworkers

Cons

Disgustingly poor management, lots of lies, the entire Florida office could be fired and the company would only benefit from it. Did I mention how unbelievably bad every level of management is?

Pros

The only pro is that they have good insurance. Other than that I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

Lack of leadership and clear direction. They do not respect their employees and do not pay commissions as agreed to. They change the pay structure if you are doing well so they do not have to pay as much commission as promised.
