Worst Run Company Ever!!!

Pros

Free soda, but the selections are garbage

Cons

Everything. This company doesn't know how to manage its products, sales people, or support. There are major HIPPA violations within this company and they keep it all quiet. No one here is actually happy, nothing actually gets done. One of the most pathetic companies I've had the misfortune to work for, and I really hope I get into a major car wreck on my way there daily so I don't actually have to see any of them.

Pros

New CEO is sincere in desire to ensure that customer and employee satisfaction are of critical importance within the organization. Recent restructure of leadership within operations is allowing for better focus on 'the right things' and company is beginning to figure out how to 'settle in' to explosive growth. Lots of opportunity to have an impact if you are solution oriented (more than just a complainer). People are smart and really great to work with every day. Most employees seem to truly want to help make the organization stronger. Operations management is working to find ways to continue to improve the work environment. Good to see these changes are more than just lip service and are coming to fruition.

Cons

Lots of change, which is really hard for some people. The organization is working to go through some changes in culture under the new CEO (previous CEO was ONLY interested in sales - not the people) and, while I think the operations leadership understands and supports the new thought process, I'm not sure other leaders (who aren't customer-facing) are as clear on the new direction.

Pros

Overall, I enjoyed working for this company. I worked in the Marketing Department for a little over a year and I loved the people I worked with. I could tell everyone was there because they cared about the company and wanted to see it be successful. It was great to be around people that actually wanted to be there. My bosses asked for my feedback on specific projects and always made sure I was enjoying the work I was doing. They made me feel like I could come to them with any issue and they would help me through it. They would also ask me about my personal goals and how they could help me achieve them even if that meant leaving the company. When I decided to leave the company and follow a career path I was more passionate about they supported me 100%. This company really cares about their employees and because of that I have grown and learned more than I ever thought when I started working here. PTO was very generous. I was happy with my pay and benefits were great. I had a nice work space and the building was beautiful. Lots of fun office parties for holidays such as 4th of July and Cinco De Mayo. Free soda vending machines and fruit! There was also a gym in the building available for employees.

Cons

Specifically the team I was on was very new and there were still procedures being put into place so that caused minor issues and confusion here and there. I also had to quickly learn new products and make calls to customers with a small amount of training. Sometimes the call lists I was given were not good quality and there is some data cleanup that needs to be done but those are all things I know they are currently working to improve.
