Pros

None that come to mind honestly

Cons

The kids are great but the admin are terrible, no diversity and lack of care to implement any sort of DEI training for staff because all the money is either laundered by their staff or spent on the admins salary

Pros

There are a lot of smart people here wasting their time.

Cons

I call this the "Whatever" school. Students are coddled, and anything goes. They are woefully behind on social emotional intelligence. I don't agree with this approach, and should have listened to the reviews. This school does not prepare students for real life, AND fails to instruct them on coping strategies for their strong emotions.

Pros

The kids and your coworkers are some of the best people you’ll meet.

Cons

The HR manager will preach about confidentiality and appropriate online behavior yet post confidential, inappropriate, and private information about her interactions with employees on their public social media pages. They also hide in their office all day and do not interact with the employees nor the kids. Clinical staff are overworked and underpaid. Not much else to add here. Academic staff are not given adequate resources and are basically set up for failure. They do the best with what they have. Administration’s communication is horribly lacking. They will not have your back. They will do what is best for them without a care for the direct employees who keep their organization running.
