Thank you for your review here. I genuinely appreciate the feedback, and appreciate the directness of your review. Consistent with some other reviews, I am clearly not doing a good enough job expressing my appreciation for our team members and the work that is being done. I wish that I had more detail on where we are missing the mark and how specifically you feel mistreated, but the essence of your message is crystal clear. I will continue to work at more openly illustrating our appreciation for the team through our actions. I am glad that you enjoy the team that you work with in Boston. Thank you VERY MUCH for this heartfelt and positive review. I agree that there is lots of opportunity for growth and advancement in the company for those who are willing to REACH for it, ask for it and get after it! While I won't claim be part of "extremely intelligent" crowd, I will agree that our executive team is very much interested in the goal you note: "advance the team, advance the company." I am glad you appreciate the benefits package which we work hard every year to upgrade and evaluate for further advancement. Finally, yes, we continue to work to understand market competitive wages and address accordingly in the company. It saddens me how much we miss the mark here in some places and for some people, but we will continue to work at it and invest significantly to get it right. It just isn't as easy as everyone hopes to get it right on a dollars and cents basis, which is why we try to provide a comprehensive total rewards package that includes other benefits.
