Pros

This place has a laid back atmosphere. It has an open paid time off policy. It is located in one of the best cities in America. A place where you can add experience to your resume.

Cons

Company has major holes in its way of doing business. Spends money on acquiring new products, further diminishing the team vibe in the company. Also, they do not spend any money investing in their current products. Products are very out dated and there are no plans to update them at all. They waste their employees by not investing money in the products they want them to work on. Not a place to build a career.

Thanks for your feedback. We are certainly committed to our current products and we'll spend more in 2015 than 2014 on those products. Where we do need help is attracting more great talent in order to make even more progress. Help us recruit more developers and product related resources! Best, Wayne Roberts Chief Operating Officer

Pros

Good first job if you have no experience and just want a paycheck. No training available, so do not stay for too long.

Cons

"World Class" is a phrase you often hear the execs throw around here. Fact is,you do not see much of it here. There is a total lack of structure. The product team throws out releases that introduce more problems than they fix. The consulting organization seems to mess up every single implementation, and the support team only have new hires who knows nothing. No wonder the customers leave at a rapid pace. "Culture and values" is another mantra. Truth is, it went out the door years ago when new investors came in. HR is using a stack ranking process to grade every employee compared to their peers. It gives people an incentive to rate down their peers to look better themselves. And that is what is going on every day. There is no team work here. Only back stabbing and fighting between different groups.
