Unlimited paid time off Company's efforts to improve the culture (not products) Intelligent, hard-working colleagues Product support team

Cons

No outlook - for products, careers, etc Upper management is completely disconnected from reality - they do not recognize that we hit an iceberg and are sinking fast Pay - sales must be selling, in order for people to make money (note - it is not their fault, as they do not have good products to sell) Unhappy clients Managers and executives are jumping ship or being fired Too many fry cooks in the kitchen - not enough head chefs to actually make decisions
